Like any other online store, we share bits of information about you with other companies including credit/debit card validation and authorisation, order fulfilment and delivery to help the smooth process of your order.

We only provide third parties with the information they need to perform their functions and they will not use the information for any other purpose. For deliveries made at a courier drop off location, it is a requirement to display the billing address entered in the order during checkout on the exterior label. This may be used as an alternative delivery address should collection not be made from the original destination. Telephone numbers are provided for shipping labels only.

Returns & Replacements

Faulty Goods
Any items, which are received broken or faulty, will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you.

General Exchange Policy
Most goods may be returned for exchange or credit provided they are returned within 28 days and in their original condition. However, this is subject to the restrictions and conditions below.

For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item, which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Items/Seconds
Goods purchased as sale items or seconds are NON-REFUNDABLE subject of course to your statutory rights.

Special Orders
Unless faulty, specially ordered products cannot be returned.
NB Your statutory rights are not affected by any of Branche-d’’s Returns Policies.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.

With respect to items sold by, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
