FREE SHIPPING on orders over £45! For orders under £45, UK mainland delivery charge is £3.99

Our warehouse team are brilliantly quick and orders, once processed, are generally shipped on a next day signed-for service.  However, to allow for those periods of particulary heavy traffic (Sale Offers/Christmas etc.) we cannot guarantee delivery in less than 5 working days.  Alternatively you can collect from our retail unit attached to our warehouse:  Unit 2a Elms Farm, Grove Road, Wantage 0X12 7PD 01235 771254 between 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday and, by prior appointment, Saturday 10.00am -12.00noon.


Will be priced according to the combined weight of the products ordered.  The service is Royal Mail International Signed For and should be delivered within 5 days.  NB Some items, those which contain alcohol, are not available to ship abroad.

Returns & Replacements

Faulty Goods
Any items, which are received broken or faulty, will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you.

General Exchange Policy
Most goods may be returned for exchange or credit provided they are returned within 28 days and in their original condition. However, this is subject to the restrictions and conditions below.

For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item, which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Sale Items/Seconds
Goods purchased as sale items or seconds are NON-REFUNDABLE subject of course to your statutory rights.

Special Orders
Unless faulty, specially ordered products cannot be returned.
NB Your statutory rights are not affected by any of Branche-d’’s Returns Policies.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
